Higher Self-Activation Group Coaching Agreement

This agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Bloomin Within (“Coach”) and the participant (“Client”) for the Higher Self-Activation group coaching program running from May 5, 2025, to June 16, 2025 (“Program”).

By purchasing the Program, the Client agrees to the following terms:

Program Overview

The Higher Self-Activation program is a six-week group coaching experience designed to activate, align, and embody your higher self. Through six 90-minute masterclasses, guided group hypnosis sessions, and comprehensive resources, you will move through the process of connecting to your higher self, aligning with your values, shifting your identity, and activating your fullest potential. You’ll also gain tools for subconscious reprogramming, self-belief building, and integrating lasting change.

1. Program Inclusions

The Client will receive:

• Six (6) 90-minute Masterclasses (held weekly)

• Group Hypnosis Sessions (held within each masterclass)

• Subconscious Reprogramming Library (including Hypnosis and EFT tracks)

• Workbooks & Journal Prompts

• Q&A Sessions

• Community Connection Space

• Access to a Private Online Portal where all tools, resources, and recordings will be available for 12 months

• All calls will be recorded and uploaded for Clients who cannot attend live.

2. Client Responsibilities

• The Client is responsible for attending scheduled sessions and engaging with the provided materials.

• The Client acknowledges that results vary based on personal commitment and application of the teachings.

• The Client agrees to maintain a respectful and supportive environment within the community space.

3. Support & Communication

• If at any point the Client requires support or has feedback, they can contact the Coach directly at hello@bloominwithin.com.au to discuss and resolve any concerns.

4. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

• All Program materials, including hypnosis tracks, workbooks, and blueprints, are copyrighted and for personal use only.

• The Client may not share, distribute, or reproduce any content without express written permission.

• Group discussions are confidential, and personal information shared by other participants must be respected.

5. Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy

• The Client agrees to pay the full program fee as outlined at the time of enrolment.

• No refunds will be provided once the Program begins on May 5, 2025.

• If unforeseen circumstances prevent the Client from participating, they may request to defer their enrolment to a future round of the Higher Self-Activation program, subject to availability and Coach approval.

• If the Client is paying in instalments, they are responsible for completing all scheduled payments, regardless of program participation. Failure to make payments may result in removal from the Program.

6. Ownership Rights

The Coach retains full ownership of all course materials, including but not limited to, videos, recordings, workbooks, and all associated content. The Client agrees not to resell, reproduce, or distribute any content provided as part of the Program. The Client also acknowledges that all sessions (live and recorded) may be used for future promotional purposes or shared within the context of the program, including in recordings or other materials. By participating in the Program, the Client grants the Coach the right to use their likeness, feedback, and testimonials in marketing materials and for promotional purposes.

7. Disclaimer

• The Coach, Maddison, is a Certified Hypnotherapist, Coach, and RTT Practitioner, but is not a medical doctor, clinical psychologist, or psychiatrist.

• This Program is a self-development experience designed to provide tools and resources for personal transformation. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

• This is not an ongoing therapy container. If the Client requires additional or specialised support, they are encouraged to discuss this with the Coach or seek external professional resources as needed.

8. Termination

• The Coach reserves the right to remove a Client from the Program without a refund if they engage in inappropriate behaviour, violate confidentiality, or disrupt the experience for others.

8. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By purchasing this course, the Client acknowledges that they have read and agreed to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

By purchasing the course, the Client agrees to the terms outlined above, as well as Bloomin Within’s General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
